Your folders remain accessible locally on the devices where you were logged in. Cloud sync stops updating, but nothing is deleted on your side. You can re-subscribe later and pick up where you left off.
Yes. Folder and chat-title data is encrypted before being stored on our servers. We use Firebase (Google Cloud) as the backend, with industry-standard transport encryption (TLS) on top.
